Mother Mary's Chicken Log

Share our Mother Mary's Chicken Log recipe!

Two 8 oz. cream cheese softened

1 Tablespoon A1 sauce

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 1/2 cup minced chicken

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 cup chopped almonds. Beat together the cheese, sauce, curry and 2 Tablespoons parsley

Mix in the rest except hold out the almonds and rest of parsley.

Shape into a 9″log

Toss the almonds and remaining parsley together.

Coast the log.

Wrap log in Saran wrap and chill at least 4 hours.

Serve with crackers or bread.
