Aunt Grace's Carrot Bread

Share our Aunt Grace's Carrot Bread recipe!


3 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

2 cups shredded carrots

1 cup oil

1 can 8 oz. crushed pinneapple drained

1 cup chopped peacons or walnuts

 

Mix it all together and place in a loaf pan.

Oven at 350 degrees.

 

Now drizzle over bread:

3/4 cup sugar

1 to  1 1/2 teaspoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 

Bake for 65 to 75 minutes at 350 degrees.
