It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations, and changes.
Here at Aunt Grace's Stay N Play we believe that your total vacation experience starts when you make a reservation with us. Because of this, it is important to us that you read and understand our reservation and cancellation policies prior to making a reservation. A $100 deposit is required for each cabin reserved.
ALL FEES SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATE FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL TAXES
Deposits will be refunded or credited to a later reservation if you give us a 30-day notice. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date unless we are able to re-rent the cabin.
If you must cancel your reservations please call immediately to better enable us to re-rent your cabin. Cancellations can be in writing or over the phone. Reservations or cancellations will be acknowledged by return mail or e-mail. To avoid any misunderstandings, please note you will be charged for the number of days you reserve.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
There are no refunds for early departures.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates which includes, Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and opening day of hunting season. There is a 3 night minimum stay for all holidays.
As part of our dedication to provide great service to our guests, Aunt Grace’s Stay ‘N Play welcomes pets staying with their owners at a cost of $10 a night. (max. $30)
Aunt Grace offers pet treats, food and water bowls, pet throws and pick up waste bags for your pet.
Service animals are always welcome.
